The Vine Bistro opened on Corn Street in 2019. We wanted to create a restaurant that felt genuinely Bristol — relaxed, curious, and committed to doing things properly. Our head chef, Thom Ashby, spent eight years cooking in London before returning to Bristol to build something he believed in. Every week the menu changes to reflect what's growing, fishing, or grazing in the South West right now.
