Yes. We offer fixed fees on the majority of corporate and property work — company formations, standard commercial contracts, residential conveyancing, and will drafting. Fees are agreed in writing before any work starts.
It depends on complexity. A standard commercial contract review takes 3–5 working days. A residential conveyance typically completes in 8–12 weeks. An M&A transaction can take 3–6 months. We set out realistic timelines at the start of every engagement.
You will be assigned a named partner from day one and they will handle your matter personally. We do not use a tier of junior fee earners to do the substantive work — that is not the firm we chose to build.
